Shipping & Returns

Syndicomm is a part-time, one-person business. Unfortunately, because of that, it can take several weeks to get orders shipped. I don't have room to keep a large inventory stocked up, so I have to make most items as they're ordered.

So that you know what to expect after you place an order, here's a little description of my production and shipment process:

When you place your order, you'll receive an initial email confirming your order. During this time, if you visit the status of your order on the web site, you'll see it listed as "Pending." This means your order is in the system but I haven't had a chance to look at it yet.

Eventually you'll get an email that tells you the status has changed to "Processing." This means that I've printed out your order and it's in a stack of orders that I'm working on getting prepared to ship. This doesn't necessarily mean your order will ship in any particular amount of time, but it does mean that I'm working on it.

When I've finished preparing your order to ship, I then charge your credit card (if you paid by credit card), enter the order into our accounting software, and print and apply postage to your package. Once that's been done, I mark your order as "Complete" in the online store's status. The package will ship in the next outgoing mail (or will be taken to FedEx, if you selected FedEx shipping).

If after receiving your order any products are defective, we will replace them if you contact us within two weeks of receipt of the order.
